Ingredients

3 carrots

1/2 onion
3
cooking oil
Instructions
Slice 2 (or 3) carrots on diagonal. Put into boiling water until just soft. Drain in a colandar.
Put oil in the same pan (now empty). Add ½ thin sliced onion. Saute until Soft & browning. Add cooked carrots to onion pan. Cook together briefly.
