For best results use FRESH CORN

Of course, in July and Angust fresh corn from a field is best just off the cob, boiled about 3 min.

BUT, if you buy extra, cut the corn off the cob, put directly into plastic containers or freezer bags & FREEZE. Come Thanksgiving, Christmas, or other festive occasion - Make CREAMED CORN:

Ingredients

1 Frozen FRESH corn
2 3 tblsp butter
3 Cream or Half and Half

Instructions

Put your frozen corn in a pot with 2-3 Tblsp butter with a little cream or Half is Half to moisten. Heat to to just bubbling & serve.
